Terms & conditions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer' and Southwell Wedding Cars is referred to as ‘the company'.

Bookings are only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.

Payment and cancellation

The deposit required for each car is 50%. The balance of the booking fee must be paid in full at least 14 days before the date of the wedding, otherwise no service will be provided.

The company requires immediate notification of cancellation of the wedding. Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.

Should cancellation occur within 4 weeks of the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.

Our promise to you

Our cars are maintained to the highest standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or any other incident, the company accepts no liability (except in the case of death or personal injury) whatsoever for the consequences of such an occurrence.

The company will undertake whatever measures it considers in its complete discretion are reasonably necessary to complete the hiring, which may include providing an alternative vehicle. Any refund of part or all of the booking fee is at the company's complete discretion.
